- Login to your owner’s account
- Click on “Leads” from the main menu
- Select the rental property from the dropdown menu.
- Select the lead you wish to request an application
- Click “Request Application” from the lead message stream header menu.
The application request will be sent automatically, so there is no need to fill in additional information about the lead.
NOTE: You should make sure to follow-up with the lead if you haven’t received the application in a couple of days. You can view/manage your tenant application from the ‘Applications’ tab.
